Problem by compiling the last version

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

OK, I found the problem...

In the configure.in must be added:

	libsccp.pc

in the list of AC_OUTPUT.
Attached the new configure.in, with that I could compile OpenBSC.
