Hi, I think it is the case. The reference would be the SYSTEM INFORMATION TYPE 3 of GSM 04.08, specially the Control Channel Description Information Element and the handling of NM_OC_CHANNEL. Both are done in bsc_hack.c. I might be totally wrong z.
