definitely keep it. I suppose it is just a few wires routed to the FPGA
in the borad design, so I don't think there is any reason to remove it?
So why raise the question in the first place?  Even if there is no
soft-core for the ISO7816 master integrated in the FPGA yet, poeple
could certianly add it later if needed.
