Using 900/1800 C118 on 1900

phone with filter rework will work right and i also will be able to sniff
traffic on 1900mhz witnh burst_ind.but my issue is how to tell code of
app_ccch to sniff 1900 mhz instead of 1800 as they share same arfcn no??
