in the help of ccch_scan there is not mentioned the -a option 
can this be added to the inline help of this app?

ps. what can i do with the burst files? how can i analyze them?

ccch_log already does show the paging requests and immediate assignments. 
have a look at the layer23 apps that are already existing. 


Actually it is ccch_scan :). 


Also take into consideration Sylvain's explanations[1] as pointed out in the documentation[2].
