Please can anyone advise me - FMTOOL Error and no further processing

Apologies for that!

In my haste for a resolution of the issue i selected Reply and not Reply
All.

I will continue to read up some more to eliminate the issues and currently I
have no idea what is the problem. Cable T191 or C115 or a Timing issue with
the Software that prevents me from getting past the first PROMPT! and FMT
Tool Error.
