There's one unresolved issue I forgot to mention in the wiki: the sercomm/console UARTs need to be swapped. We still need to come up with a way to set them dynamically from the board configuration. Currently those are hardcoded in /firmware/include/console.h and /firmware/include/comm/sercomm.h. Just swap the values of CONS_UART_NR and SERCOMM_UART_NR. Regards, Steve
