This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

It was.
But there is both in the osmocom-bb tree:
src/shared/libosmocore/src/gsm/lapdm.c
src/host/layer23/src/common/lapdm.c
The latter has the problem.
