I linked the SC output to serial port 1 (to be able to control in and output separately) I added NPN transistors to be able to block I/O (for MitM) or completely separate the output from the input (for emulation,reader) > > regaeding voltage: the sam7 can operate its io pins at either 1.8 or 3.3V. So it would be nice to somehow exploit that ability... though making this automatic is probably too much effort. To be able to choose between 1.8v (class c) or 3.3v (class b), there is a manual switch.
