willem itsme at xs4all.nlbtw, i assume you considered using the HDLC escape sequence: 0x7d 0x20 as a workaround for this problem. is '00 01' really the only sequence that is dropped? what about 00 02 or 00 80 or 00 00 00 00 ? ... i don't have a working test setup yet, got a phone, but still waiting for a serial cable.
