[OsmoDevCon] OsmoDevCon 2020 talks / topics

Dear fellow Osmocom developers,

for OsmoDevCon2020, we're still missing your contribution. If you're attending, Please go to https://pretalx.sysmocom.de/osmodevcon2020/cfp and submit your idea for topics you'd like to talk about.

You can also request talks by others about topics you'd like to hear about. Simply mention that fact in the abstract and I will remove your name as speaker and try to find somebody among the team two would talk about that topic.

Let's try to make sure we have most of the topics together long before the event, so they can be grouped into tracks, etc.
