If you have a tr069 firmware you can use this "simple" tr069 https://git.sysmocom.de/sysmocom/femto-acs to configure and connect to the osmo-hnbgw. Over the provisioning webui you can set the tr069 server. So you would need to setup osmo-hnbgw, osmo-msc, osmo-mgw, osmo-sgsn, osmo-ggsn, osmo-hlr, osmo-stp. depending on your voice setup you would also need osmo-sip-connector to a pbx (e.g. asterisk, freeswitch, ..).
