Sorry, Pau, but I am not going to continue this discussion. What you're describing is probably a rural area, where you would typically have many long-distance subscribers, and power saving on BCCH would most likely make the service quality for them even worse. Please check SYS#4919 to see what the customer actually wants. If somebody wants persistent power saving mode, then I would implement it. Currently there is no such a requirement.
