The "GSMTAP Header Remover" is an embedded block and is available in ./examples/transmitting_demo/transmitting_demo.grc and ./examples/trx_test/trx_test_new_corr_method.grc. The example subdirectory is a git submodule (external git repository - https://git.osmocom.org/ptrkrysik/examples).
