Redmine theme

I have tried to replace the logo using srlabs.de site as workground (just
for example).
I don't know how to make the search bar look fine, so I removed it. But I
think it's possible.

Changes

  background-image: url("http://projects.osmocom.org/images/osmocom_logo.png
");
  background-repeat: no-repeat;
  background-position: 20px 10px;
}
