I recommend you to calibrate the LMS chip itself, as described in LMS6002Dr2-Programming and Calibration Guide: https://github.com/chemeris/lms6002-documentation For sccessing LMS registers and some common operations you could use umtrx_lms.py script from this repo: https://github.com/fairwaves/umtrx_scripts/tree/master/python_lib Note, that automatic calibrations are performed by UHD automatically on every start.
