Thanks for writing this. I always assume that as a given, as anyone who
has ever looked into it from a technical side should know. That's why I
didn't explicitly mention it.
However, unrelated to that, I'm happy to open a tetrapol.osmocom.org
project site if anyone seriously shows some interest in developing a
Free Software implementation of it (or any of its parts).
As TETRAPOL uses GMSK, the modulator/demodulator bits from either
OpenBTS or airprobe might be re-cycled in any such hypothetical project.
