SIMtrace is an open hardware design, anyone is free to buld the design.
The EDA design files are part of the simtrace git repository.

sysmocom is selling simtrace devices to interested people, but sometimes
the demand is hard to predict and is higher than the current
stock/supply, and new devices + fpc cables take time to be manufactured.
In-between, items are out of stock.
