Well, you're trying to install a package for suse 11.4 on 12.1, what do you expect ;) I suggest you check / try the wireshark version number that ships with opensuse 12.1. More recent wireshark releases have the SIM dissector already included and don't need to be patched anymore. I have updated the wireshark to 1.8.1 (without any Osmocom patches) and dropped CentOS 5.0 in the process.
