[PATCH] xtrx: remove BOOST_FOREACH and obsolete API call

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

Thanks for pointing this out - since my xtrx prototype requires a much 
older libxtrx I didn't notice that this doesn't play nice with the 
current lib either...
Merged.
