new FM demodulator

Hi Nikos

Roughly speaking, the old atan demod, would load my cpu(3ghz core 2 duo) 
on approx 8.5%, with the new
modulator the load would be ~5%

There is a little penalty however, it seems that my demodulator is a 
little more noise sensitive, but it is not much.
