Compilation issue

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

Now this is strange, using gr v3.6.2-112-gfa4f1c2f here myself. Others  
have confirmed it builds fine on recent Ubuntu as well (didn't try that  
myself).

Can you check if there are any leftovers from the package version of gr  
and then delete build directory & retry from scratch?
