As the SDK filename depends on the poky version, if the poky version is bumped (eg. 2.3.1->2.3.2) then the jenkins job may not be able to find the SDK file anymore. Let's create a symlink which doesn't depend on poky version to let those jobs easily download latest SDK no matter the poky version used.
