Large increase in osmo-bsc SCCPlite test failures

Dear all,

as you can see at
https://jenkins.osmocom.org/jenkins/job/ttcn3-bsc-test-sccplite/test_results_analyzer/
there has been a large increase in test failures of the SCCPlite related tests in
osmo-bsc over the last two builds/tests.

Does anyone know what kind of changes they made which could have impacted the
relted behavior?

We don't see any such failures on AoIP, leading me to suspect that some changes
were tested only for AoIP but not for SCCPlite?

Regards,
	Harald
