I've now been working on a series of patches to ensure we build + package
the std.ihx firmware file as part of libusrp.
See the 'laforge/firmware' branch of libusrp.git. I've also pushed the patches
to gerrit for review.
NOTE: I've not tested any of this with a USRP1 yet.
