We implement SS7/SIGTRAN and use it on the A interface between osmo-bsc and osmo-msc.
We do not implement TCAP/MAP from the MSC upwards to HLR or other MSC. There
have been several projects to work on this in the past, but unfortunately the
amount of contribution and/or commercial interest newer was sufficient for
a complete implementation. Let us know if you'd like to help in that area.
