I thought that I forgot to change ARFCN in "openbsc.cfg" and then after changing ARFCN in "openbsc.cfg" I can't even init it. Exiting.* May be the problem is in *"*hlr.sqlite3"? I don't know. By the way, how can I make new *"*hlr.sqlite3"? I lost the tutorial about it. Help me, pls.
