creepy dirs in osmo-bts/tests

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

A maintained and still updated list archive can be found at https://lists.osmocom.org/hyperkitty/list/OpenBSC@lists.osmocom.org/.

I would have said that's the 'subdir-objects' bug of autoconf, but osmo-bts
doesn't have it enabled...

so I ran 'make test' in my osmo-bts and got no weird dirs.
