As we documented and mentioned before, you will need a Femtocell that
exposes the Iuh protocol (specifically, the RUA+HNBAP protocol layers)
an that you can make connect to your server running osmo-hnbgw.

This means that you have to control the femtocell.  Whether or not you
need to be root for that depends on the specific software architecture
of your femtocell, and which parameters you have e.g. for configuring
it.

The authors of osmo-iuh have no experience with the specific model you
mention.
