ffasn1c in osmo-iuh?

Hi,

so in osmo-iuh, we're using the libre asn1c, the generated sources found
in e.g. src/hnbap/. But I do find the dirs:
    ./asn1/rua/ffasn1c
    ./asn1/ranap/ffasn1c
    ./asn1/hnbap/ffasn1c
that kind of look like we were using the ffasn1c compiler.
Those are obsolete, right? Remove?

~Neels
