UL is one PDCH in general with either algorithm.

For DL: Algo B (multislot) if you have >1 PDCH. In branch
jerlbeck/master (which will be merged to master soon) you can also use
'alloc-algorithm dynamic' which will provide a higher DL throughput if
there are only a few connections and will move over to algo A on higher
usage.
