[PATCH] openbsc/include/openbsc/bsc_msc.h: FreeBSD uses POSIX netinet/in.h for representing socket addresses data types

FreeBSD uses POSIX netinet/in.h for representing socket addresses data 
types. The header file is available on Linux also.
