[PATCH] libmsc,sms: Properly calculate and store validity and received timestamps for incoming SMS.

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

I don't see any immediate needs for having created timestamps, but I
agree that it's a good idea to keep it. The updated patch is attached
and the branch is updated.
