dear holger,

i updated/rebased and tested the patch.

i changed the default codec for built-in MNCC call control to FR. in
later patches this setting for default codec becomes obsolete, because
codec selection (negotiation) is then done by exermining
capabilities/preferences of the calling and the called phone and the
codec-support of their BTSes.

what do you mean by "The BSC part should start to honor this support too."?
