Creating a graphic of Osmocom GSM projects.

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

osmocom-bb (rssi) could be added to picture as cell monitoring.
Probably also sqlite db is worth pointing explicitly as a substitution of hlr/vlr.
