Testing Openbsc without a BTS

Hi Holger,

It has just been a couple of months that I have started working on linux so please correct me if I am wrong,

As per http://openbsc.osmocom.org/trac/wiki/simulation when we install softBTS as:

 echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/zecke23/Debian_6.0/ ./' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/osmocom

so the 'osmocom' in the expression is the 'osmocom.list' file that I will have to create because a file in sources.list.d has to have an extension '.list', right?

Thanks and regards
Priyanka

the mail was wrong. One needs to create a file in this directory and any
name will work out. I have created this[1] wiki page and corrected the
information from the mail.
