I guess that you refer to all IPA code, not only the code in my patch.

Sure. I'll make it part of libosmocore since the beginning, so we can
skip the transition.

Having a look at that code, I guess that it's still quite experimental,
but if there's some way to help/test it, let me know. The A-bis
interface is the part that I better know at this point, I'll be happy to
contribute to that part :-).
