It was the interface configuration from LCR. To work properly I had to remove the [Ext] and [Int] section in the file /usr/local/lcr/interface.conf This was indicated by a error message in LCR during start: 000000 ERROR Port 1 already in use by LCR. You can't use a NT port multiple times.
