You have to telnet to localhost (127.0.0.1) port 4242, as we don't bind the
telnet interface on the real/public IP address for security reasons.
Hover, I believe that there should be a command line argument to override
this. If you or anyone wants to write a patch for this, I'm happy to merge
it.
