Setting the power of a BTS

Hello Luca,

in the config file, set  "max_power_red 0'
This means the amount to reduce the power is 0 (which means it's the max 
power). So if you want to attenuate the power, you have to raise the 
value e.g. 12.
By the way, I assume you're using nanobts.
