Can't change nanoBTS id.

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

Hello Holger,

Sorry I was mistaken, the problem still exist.
I added a pcap file for wireshark, I hope you'll find usefull things in it.

But have you tried it yourself, with the same result?
