adding an input to openbsc

Yep, GAN = UMA.
I saw that some femto uses it. it mainly encapsulate the L3 messages. So I
wanted to be able to decapsulate them, and send them to openbsc in order to
get them handled...
any clue on how to do that ? I could provide some pcap if that helps
