Until now I have not heard about GAN. You will find a src/bssap.c in the on- waves/bsc-master branch. This class is capable of decoding a couple of GSM 08.08 messages (including DTAP). Currently it might be a bit too tied to the On Waves bsc_master_ip.c file but that can be changed. z.
