Just in a readme? I'd say both. It's a pretty quick fix that can help a few people. And you already fixed the wiki :) Or in the readme just a link to the wiki with a generic 'Getting started' (generic and not bs-11 or nanoBTS specific), with a little more guidance, config files and such. I'd be happy to write those if I could edit the wiki. If I had read the 'BS 11 getting started I would have seen it' but I only saw the OpenBSC + LCR guide and the nanoBTS getting started.
