well, it is easy to use both transponders (just a one-line patch), but not
quite as easy to only use the second one (the latter use case not having
occurred to me during development). Sorry.

Not sure if that is in the spec, but at least with OpenBSC the CCCH/BCCH will always
be on C0 (transponder 0) of the BTS
