You can configure the FP with a specific EMC/FPN and start dectmon
without scanning mode to lock to a specific FP.

By default it just decodes traffic. It can capture traffic and save
the raw frames, but it can't read it back so far. Someone should add
pcap support for reading and writing packets ...
