Change subject: execute unit tests via nose from "setup.py test"

My main point is being able to execute it from the standard "./setup.py test" command. I tried to make this work with unittest but failed. An official-looking document I foun don packaging using setuptools recommended using nose, and using nose I could get it integrated to setup.py quickly.
