In that case (applies for al lconfig files) we need to either: * Pass the value during info_ind in PCUIF * Have a "bts" config node in PCU Since we don't have any of that, as of current code, the configs are global (per PCU). If at any point we want to have it per BTS, the stated above needs to be implemented.
