AFAIU, Actually an underrun, since it's the reader finding nothing. An overrun would be the writer filling the queue. But anyway, it really depends o how you look at it, and as you see they are confusing terms. Morever we already use the term in lower layers, so I prefer keeping other terminology to easily differentiate.
