Actually, here you can also see that all of them have identical client_id:slot_d. "C0:0" which is invalid. You would either have to change the client id or the slot ID so that the tuple of (client_id,slot_id) is unique in any deployment. For a QMOD setup with four modems, I would typically sugget to use the same client_id, but different slot IDs (0..3) for each modem.
